Got an emergency? Cannot attend your online therapy session at the scheduled time? No worries! We are here to help you.  

First, message your Client or Therapist through the Plumm Message option and inform them that you are unable to attend the session at the scheduled time.  

Along with this, discuss and mutually agree upon a date and time for the updated session.

You must keep your therapist updated about the rescheduling, at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled time. 

Your therapist will then update the session as per the new date and time that you both have mutually agreed upon and you will receive an email notifying you about it.

For Therapists only: 

Please note that if you are providing an alternative date and time to your clients for the session rescheduling, please make sure you update your availability and add the new date and time, if not already added.
