To reset your Password:
Click on the "Login" button, then click on ‘Forgot password’ as shown below. If you are a therapist, please make sure to click on "Therapist" before clicking on "Forgot Password".
Enter the email address that you had used to sign up on Plumm. Click ‘Submit’ and a unique numerical code will be sent to your email address.
Enter the correct code and create a new password for your account. Confirm the password and click on ‘Reset Password’.
You have now successfully created a new password for your Plumm account. An email will be sent to you to confirm the password change.
