Here's a quick guide on how can you use your Plumm platform as a therapist.

📝 Before Connecting with Clients

  1. Availability - In order for clients to book sessions with you on Plumm, you need to add multiple 1-hour slots on your calendar on Plumm.
    To do this, please log in to your account and then follow these steps - Dashboard > My Availability > Select any time slot that you wish to add > choose to Repeat - Daily/Weekly/Monthly (the recommended choice is 'Daily') > click on Add.
    For now, we have added a 9 AM on Tuesdays for you for now. Please feel free to add more.

  2. Reschedule - In the event that you or your client need to reschedule a session, you can do so from your Dashboard.
    On your Dashboard, you will see a green ‘Reschedule’ button. Click on it > choose the new date and time > enter the reason for the change in appointment > click on Submit.
    Both your client and you will receive an update email about the session being rescheduled to the new date and time.

👩🏽‍💻 During your Video Session with your Client

  1. Refresh - This is the circular arrow left-most button on the screen. You can use this if your client or you face any technical issue with the video session

  2. Fullscreen - This is the square-shaped button used to view your client’s video in full-screen.

  3. Mute - This is the button with a microphone on it. Click on it to toggle your microphone on or off.

  4. End Session - This is the red button that you see on your video screen. Please click on End Session only when you have completed the appointment. It is very important that you click on it after your session. Failure to do so might result in your payout not being added for the session.

🤝 After Completing your Session with your Client

  1. Stripe setup - We process payouts using Stripe. Go to Dashboard > click on My Wallet > click on ‘Connect my Stripe account’ > enter your bank/card details on Stripe and click on Submit > your Stripe account will be linked with us.
    If you have set up a PayPal account, you do not have to setup Stripe again.

  2. Transfer - We credit your wallet with the payout for a session after 24 hours of completion of the session. Please click on ‘Transfer’ to send us a request to remit funds to your Stripe account. Payouts are processed weekly and it can take from 1 to up to 6 weeks for you to receive your payouts depending on the type of client you have worked with.

  3. Messages - Use this to communicate with your clients on Plumm. Go to your Dashboard > Messages > click on the name of your client and you will be able to send texts, files, images, links, etc. to your client.

🚨 Important Point to Remember

  1. Live Chat - For all your queries, we are available on the Live Chat option. Click on the circle with a white square located at the bottom right corner of the website to connect with us. Click on the button > click on ‘New Conversation’ > type out your message and we will respond within a few minutes.

  2. No-Reply Mailbox - Please do not reply to our email from noreply@Plumm.com. Your email will go to an unattended mailbox. To reply to your client, please log in to your account and click on Messages. To connect with the Healingclouds team, please use the Live Chat option.
