When you complete a session with a client, your payout will be transferred to your 'Wallet' 24 hours later.
In those 24 hours, clients have the option to claim their money back in case they are not satisfied with the service provided by therapists.
You have the option to request a funds transfer immediately after the funds are available in your wallet. If you choose not to do so, you can let the funds accumulate in the wallet and then request withdrawals when you want to.
Plumm operates a weekly payout process, which means that all payout requests are processed within 7 days of the initial request day, and there is no minimum or maximum withdrawal limit.
The amount shown in the wallet are in GBP, however, we are working on showing this in your local currency in near future.
Please note that for corporate clients, payments can take up to six weeks from the month when the session was completed. This depends on our billing cycle with the various corporate organisations that we have partnered with.
Plumm processes payments through Stripe in the UK, and through PayPal for all other countries.
